OUR EXPERIENCE

| 1993

Wirt Design Group was founded on the cusp of the Dot Com Era, From 1995-2009, WDG completed 600,000+ square feet for EarthLink. In 2009 Wirt Design Group completed a LEED-Gold certified operations center which was awarded the IIDA Calibre Award for Environmental Recognition.

| 1997

WDG began working with Idealab, a technology incubator. This relationship resulted in a 125,000 square foot project for eToys and a 385,000+ square foot campus in Burbank, for Yahoo! Search, completed in 2003.

| 2003

Between 2003 and 2008, WDG is awarded and completes 420,000+ square feet of office space for the professional & financial services firm Capital Group in multiple locations across the Western United States.

| 2011

In 2011, WDG relocates Whole Foods Market's Southern Pacific Regional offices to Glendale, CA, receiving the 2014 IIDA Calibre Award in the category of Large Office. WDG also completed projects in Emeryville, CA and a 380,000 square feet corporate headquarters in Austin Texas.

| 2013

WDG begins a long-term relationship with Wells Fargo Bank, completing projects for their Wealth Management branches in Irvine, Beverly Hills, Pasadena, Encino and Westlake Village totalling almost 100,000 square feet. WDG also begins working with JLL for their offices in Century City, El Segundo and Ontario, CA.

| 2018

WDG completes Scorpion Internet Marketing’s new 100,000 square foot headquarters in Valencia, CA, the first ground-up building erected in the city in 5 years. The new space includes an employee full service servery, a basketball court, exercise and locker rooms. When the company moved in they were fully occupied with over 500 team members. In 2019, WDG began working with Scorpion on their expansion into a neighboring building.
