When IDS, the largest developer in California, commissioned WDG to assist them in repositioning a prime office building located in Pasadena, the team wanted to reflect the building’s classic contemporary architecture while attracting new premium tenants. The interior spaces were developed to retain some of the classic details while adding new elements to refresh the space.
Clever signage and graphics were created to re-invent a lackluster parking structure. Exterior signage was carefully selected and coordinated to allow retail tenant identity without overpowering the exterior appearance.
