Investment Management Firm

For the client, a prominent mutual fund manager and investment advisory, the goal of the project was to provide a productive and creative environment that would support its operations staff who often work long hours throughout the week.

Occupying an entire suburban office building, the design team was tasked to create a campus-like interior to house over 70,000- square feet of closed and open offices, conference and training facilities, a full-service employee cafeteria, and several lounges. Our design maximized use of a central atrium stair as a communication hub, encouraging impromptu interaction between employees.
